Short summary
After a precocious girl, Samantha, witnesses her neighbor murdering a man, Charlie asks the Angels to look into the case, and despite the angels disbelief in the little girl's story, her "aunt" - Jill - begins to uncover new evidence pointing to Sam telling the truth.
This is the only episode outside of the first season where Jill is seen driving her white Ford Cobra.
