Short summary
The agency is hired by Esther Goldman on behalf of her reluctant son, film lab owner and processor Marvin Goldman. His film vault had been torched - he able to extinguish the flames before any major damage had been done to the processed film - and he has received anonymous threats to cease business. The Angels will have to go through hours of film stock to see if there was anything within the film that may have sparked the arsonist's want to be destroyed, as well as speak to Marvin's long list of silent investors. Through the investigation, Jill also discovers that Assistant District Attorney Paul Baylor had received an anonymous tip to watch the lab before the fire, he and Jill who agree to share any discoveries with each other. Baylor has a high conviction rate and has a reputation for good investigative work of his own.
