The agency is hired by George Starrett, whose plant was robbed twice within recent memory of micro-electronic components. The guard in the monitoring room on duty the night of the second robbery saw nothing unusual on the security cameras. The title is based on the 1907 song "Harrigan" by George M. Cohan for his Broadway musical, Fifty Miles From Boston. The song is also listed on the Cohan statue pedestal is Times Square, New York City.
