Short summary
Althea calls Nick on the carpet for teasing Maggie and Karen when he understands the animosity between them. Karen and Maggie spar in the clinic over patient diagnoses, and Althea suggests they decide if they can work together. Karen lays out their problem in medical terms, but Maggie isn't at all moved.
