Short summary
Matt and Maggie declare a moratorium after last night's argument, but both find it difficult keeping their agreement to forget Hope Memorial and its staff members for the day. Althea confronts Karen about her interference in Matt and Maggie's marriage. Liz defines the difference between her generation and Althea's. Carolee demonstrates why it's kinder to tell little white lies. Before leaving for Mike's graduation upstate, Maggie visits Althea in the outpatient clinic and hears about her conversation with Karen. Nurse Wheeler notices Karen setting up a lab experiment.
