Short summary

Niles becomes agitated when the plumber called over to fix Frasier's toilet turns out to be Danny Kriezel, his nemesis from junior high. Frasier encourages Niles to speak to Danny as one adult to another, but finds his own resolve tested when confronted with Danny's older brother Billy.

Macaulay Culkin provides the voice of Elliot, the prank caller at the beginning of the episode. He calls in to the show saying the problem is that he is a salesman with a young voice, causing Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) to apologize, and Culkin replies, "Ha Gotcha Dr. Doufus". Macaulay's brother Kieran Culkin also plays the part of a caller during season 4.

Having been working my way through the series 2 DVD I can't say there have been many episodes that have grabbed my attention.

This one however is a solid episode, that plays to its strengths by putting Frasier and Niles together. This dynamic is at the heart of the show, and little by little the writers were starting to realise that.

I liked some of Daphne's lines (delivered with aplomb by Jane Leeves) and as ever wished that Roz was given more to do.

A much better episode of the show.
