Short summary
Frasier and Bulldog participate in a bachelor auction to benefit Martin's police association. Frasier is "bought" by a model, but spends the night of their date babysitting her 12-year-old daughter. Daphne, meanwhile, is trapped in a date with Bulldog.
Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) mentions that he lives on the Counterbalance. This is a very steep section of Queen Anne Avenue North on which cable cars operated on a counterbalance system between 1901 and 1940.
The title is from the The Beatles' song of the same name composed by Paul McCartney and released in 1964.
