Short summary
Octaaf is depressed because people make fun of his semi-baldness. On Gert's advice, he asks Alberto for a hair-growing concoction. The hairdresser also has to pass on a fish recipe from his mother to the shopkeeper, but mixes the two up. After both thus fail, Gert finds another way to restore Octaaf's confidence.
