Matt swears Carolee to secrecy after dictating a letter to personnel about Karen. Later, Steve takes Carolee's dictation pad and learns what no one is supposed to know. Maggie grossly misinterprets the information she has about Karen. Steve forces his way into Karen's apartment and demands to know what's going on.
