Short summary

Two masked men hold up Mr. Granby for a $4500 payroll as he stops Spouter for water. One of the men calls the other Charlie leading Spouter to swear to Earp that Charlie Parks is one of the robbers. Parks, meanwhile, is visiting Alma Ross who he loves. However, she works with the Clanton gang as a fence for the items they steal and refuses to leave them. The robbers pass the stolen money to her. She pulls $200 she owes Parks from it which she gives to him. When Earp picks up Parks, he finds four twenties with serial numbers matching the stolen money. Judge Spicer is given a warning to release Parks on the trail so at Parks, arraignment he decides to hold him. Earp and Spicer question Parks' guilt due to talk heard by Doc but they have no leads. Spicer refuses Earp's offer of protection on his trip to Charleston for a trial. Earp, Doc, and Shotgun follow Spicer finding him held by Ringo's gang. They rescue Spicer but decide to search Ross's room finding several stolen items. She is put...
