Short summary

A group of native Hawaiian separatists threaten to bomb public buildings if seven of their associates are not released from jail. McGarrett races the clock to find the bombs, and those responsible, before the deadline.

This time McGarrett takes a ride in a Bell 47J-2A to nab the would be sniper and keep him from shooting at the bomb disposal personnel and exploding the bombs. This very helicopter is still alive and well in New York.

This is not a bad show, but it's also far from memorable and is one you could skip. Though, as I am a nut who loves to see EVERY episode of shows I like, naturally I reviewed it! Some sort of Hawaiian separatist movement is involved in some shenannigans and a trial is about to occur. However, there are worries that the group will want to disrupt the proceedings and the Governor and Five-O are particularly worried about a bombing. Much of the show consists of FIVE-O drilling and working out security details. However, a real shocker occurs when Five-O plants a fake bomb (at the Governor's request) and in the process they find a real one...and then another! Overall, a decent episode but one that do a lot for me one way or the other. I think the reason for this is that the group concerned in the episode is really not well developed and it all seemed a bit vague.
