Henry and Carol start off the day arguing about the number of late nights at the Ding-a-ling club that he has been having. When Henry receives a letter from one of his recent affairs, Valerie, she writes that she will be sending him a letter each day. This sends him into a panic as he tries to intercept the mail from the postman. He manages to bribe the regular postman but doesn't take into account that could be a relief postman.
