This movie is particularly famous in The Netherlands, as it marked the spin off of Bartho Braat's acting career. Bartho Braat, who gained widespread admiration through his performances in movies and television series, portrays "Tractorman Piet" in a vivid, powerful, electrifying way. As a number of evil men try to do evil things in the Zoo, Tractorman Piet confronts them, and through his courage, intelligence and good looks tries to prevent them from doing any more harm.
