Olivia is frustrated to find Hunter still training with John on the beach. Leah gets Zac to talk to him, but when Zac isn't available to help straightaway Hunter storms off. Zac goes to Salt and meets a woman, Samantha Webster, but when Leah turns up he claims he was meeting a fellow teacher. Justin goes round to see Phoebe and tells her about Raffy. Phoebe is initially annoyed that he didn't come to her sooner, but after talking things over with John and Marilyn respectively they come to understand each other's position and put their romance on hold until after it's sorted. Hunter asks Olivia for the money, claiming it's for a tutor, but finds himself being tutored by Roo instead and quickly improves. Rebekah tells Olivia the situation and she tells Irene and Roo, who inform Zac and Leah. Zac says he'll have to call the department and is angry with Hunter but Leah blames him for not being there for her. Zac goes to meet Samantha in her motel room.
