Nicolas was inspired to shoot this film after a tragic event that had occurred to my best friend's mother. He was deeply touched by what had happened and therefore decided to portray this emotion in a short film, with a genre that he had never explored before - drama.

The actors were only available for a certain amount of time. The lead actress had to leave by the 11th of July and the two supporting actors could not work all day. So, production was limited to 2 days of shooting.

The movie was completed in two afternoons, from 4PM to 11PM on a Tuesday and Thursday.

This story is inspired from and dedicated to the mother of a close friend of the director.
