Anne Burrell brings 4 candidates to compete for the dream job as the next Executive Chef at Culina Modern Italian restaurant in the heart of Beverly Hills. The chefs are asked to create a pizza using seafood and are then tested to create a simple but delicious dish using only 4 ingredients. After one chef quits in the middle of the interview the final 2 chefs each have their chance to run this multi million-dollar restaurant for an evening. One chef performs so well that the other owners decide to surprise them by offering them the position before their service is even complete.
