Short summary

Stacy and Candace are going to watch a horror movie featuring a girl with long hair draped over her face which resembles the ghost girl from the movie Ring (2002). Ironically, the actress who played the ghost girl, Daveigh Chase, was well known as the voice of Lilo another Disney creation, Lilo & Stitch (2002).
Perry allowed Stacy to remember seeing him as a secret agent because she technically wasn't part of his host family, but was still a close neighbor. However, Candace is part of Perry's host family and still got away with seeing him with Dr. Doofenshmirtz once.
