Short summary
In "Phineas and Ferb Interrupted:" Candace believes she's finally going to see Phineas and Ferb get busted when Mom devotes an entire day to her. Unfortunately, it's the day Phineas and Ferb suffer from an errant blast of Dr. Doofenshmirtz' Dull-and-Boring-inator. In "A Real Boy:" Vanessa walks in just as Dr. Doofenshmirtz sounds as if he'd rather have a son than a daughter. Disconsolate over hurting her feelings, he decides there's only one thing to do - blast her. Meanwhile, lonely Norm wishes he were a real boy so Doofenshmirtz will interact with him as a father would.
