Short summary
After searching Steve's apartment, Dan refuses to leave. Maggie worries about Greta, late from her session with John. John phones Maggie to tell her that he and Greta have concocted a surprise for someone. Dan assures Steve that he's not bluffing about going to the board to have Steve declared morally unfit for medicine. Althea is delighted to find a beaming Greta with John. Greta presents Althea with a drawing of a rag doll to replace the one Greta destroyed, and they happily reconcile. Carolee arrives at Steve's apartment in time to hear Steve threaten to kill Dan.
