Short summary

A guilt ridden father tormented by nightmares 12 years on from the murder of an 8-year old girl, searches for answers to the hardest questions of all.

The swing that Eliza swings on in Kris' dreams was built from scratch by Liam Millard. The ropes that the swing hung on were also what the films lead, Tee Morris, hung from in the films conclusion.

Kris' houses and Sarah's house in the film are actually the same house in real life, the hose of the films writer/director Matthew R. Ford's parents.

The film screened almost 5 years to the day after the screening of Matthew R. Ford's film 'Losing Innocence' also at the same location. the Mockingbird Cinema in Birmingham.

Caroline Frewin was Matthew R. Ford's first choice for the role of Sarah and also appeared as the co-lead in his previous short film, 'Redundnat'

The contrast between the colour and weather in the park where the dream sequences were filmed, Brueton Park in Solihull, and the conclusion to the film was an accident. The team originally intended to film ALL of the scenes in the park over the same 2 days but ran out of time, so had to return when a spate of terrible weather had passed, causing the effective contrast in scenery.
