Short summary

To appease client John Harrison, Larry assigns Harrison's daughter, college student Dusty Harrison, who is interested in advertising, to mentor under Darrin. Despite a young, impressionable woman working so closely with Darrin, Samantha fully trusts him for nothing improper to happen regardless of the type of person Dusty may end up being. Dusty ends up being a no nonsense young woman who only wants to learn the business. Samantha's attitude irks Endora, who doesn't trust Darrin at all, but who gives her witch's honor to her daughter not to interfere. With that witch's honor, Endora instead employs a more than willing Serena to do her dirty work, Serena who places a spell on Dusty to make her fall in love with Darrin. Darrin is in a no win situation as anything he does with regard to Dusty's crush has the potential to irk Harrison the client, who has the power to pull his business. Although Darrin tries to hide Dusty's crush from Samantha, Samantha can see upon first meeting exactly ...

Elizabeth Montgomery, who portrays both Samantha and Serena, is credited as Pandora Spocks in the latter role.

The title is based upon the 1960's term the Generation Gap.
