Short summary
Keith Andes stars as an ex- military man hired on to root out corruption in the police department in an unnamed U.S. city.
The series was partly inspired by the film "Damn Citizen", in which Andes also starred.
To research his role, Andes attended hearings of the three-man board at the Los Angeles Police Department that was used to decide who would be brought on as police officers.
