This film isn't too bad - especially if the few people credited are the only ones who worked on it. The most glaring shortcoming to me is a couple of instances of double-dialogue and sound changes where there are splices. Some acting is sub-par, too, but my easy-to-capture interest was maintained with minimal cynicism. The story features a policeman who finally convinces a prostitute to help pursue a mass murderer specializing in street-walkers, on whose bodies the killer leaves a playing card. Coincidentally, the suspect hates cops 'cause his dad died when shot by the very one who's hunting him. Additional pressure is provided by a pushy chief who proves that feces flows downhill as the current mayor complains to him that he'll lose the nearing election if the criminal is not caught. Others may not share my tolerance of this short flick, so, if you're the least bit selective, better opt for something else.
