Short summary

Earl Eischied is a man with his hands full. As the Chief of Detectives in New York City, he is trying to break up a group of black militants that are on a crime spree, including the killing of a police officer.

This movie was the prequel for the short lived Eischied (1979) series which premiered in September 1979.

    Although there is character development, it's unlikely that you will care about any of these people. Decent, yet predictable plot.

    Pros: -Slightly above average plot -The legal jargon is interesting

    Cons: -Acting is sub-par -Characters are lame (you won't care about them) -Ending is very, very weak

    Surprisingly, though, I did watch the entire thing. therefore: 5/10
