Short summary

When a man is found dead with all of the bones in his body seemingly liquefied and removed, Nick and Hank find themselves in the middle of a gruesome family arrangement. Meanwhile, Wu deals with a crisis of his own and Hank reunites with his old flame, Zuri.

This episode opens with a quote from Shakespeare's Julius Caesar. "The evil that men do lives after them; The good is oft interred with their bones."

The episode title may be a riff on the 1984 song "Bad to the Bone".

GOOF BY A CHARACTER: On the Blu-ray deleted scenes, Rosalie and Monroe discover a skeleton in the tunnels beneath Nick's loft. There is a note on the wall indicating he died in 1882. Minutes later Rosalie states that he immigrated with his parents from Ireland to the US in 1951, 69 years after his death.
