The major story in this episode was outstanding. Danny, via telephone, desperately attempts to prevent a woman from taking revenge on the drunk who killed her parents in an auto accident. The scenes on the phone between the two are absolutely riveting. She wants revenge and despite pleading by her brother, she is adamant in wanting to kill the drunk and then commit suicide.

The second part where Frank accompanies his grandson on a school outing was routine. Frank had to show the person in charge that the students wanted to see the most exciting parts in the museum.

Jamie's interest in the counterfeit courier might have been construed as being more than just a passing interest.

Although the main plot line of this Blue Bloods story is that of Donnie Wahlberg trying to prevent a crime for a change instead of solving one, I was most interested in what Will Estes was doing. He's bemoaning over the fact that he'd like to be doing more than patrol, moving up in the police ranks in the Reagan tradition. He gets one great temptation when he gets a call from a hotdog stand owner on his beat who remembers that Estes and partner Vanessa Ray were there when a beautiful and sexy bicycle messenger slipped him a bogus $50.00 bill. His unlucky day, I don't think too many hotdog vendors would or could change a fifty.

He and Ray do some investigating and collar the suspect. But Estes almost succumbs to temptation to wildcat his own investigation.

Donnie Wahlberg picks up another detective's phone and gets a woman cursing him out and threatening to do bodily harm to someone and then kill herself. It's a race against time to figure out the who and the why and then the all critical where.

Tom Selleck gets an afternoon off to go to the American Museum Of Natural History with one of his grandsons and kind of takes over the teacher's field trip. He seems a natural at that as well as law enforcement.

Liked the Estes part of this episode better than the rest.

Probably the best guest appearance on bkue bloods. Bess rous threats suicide and danny is caught as the on the phone detective without a great bed side manner.
