A film with the intent of questioning traditions, both old and new, affecting women of all types and ages. It explores marriage as an idea, and the imbalanced nature of it in different cultures between different people. A girl is kidnapped here, forced into marriage via tradition, not love, and you watch it all unfold with an sometimes around, but rarely celebrated point of view. The story takes direct inspiration Kirghistan culture of "Ala Kachuu" and that fact heavily informs the purpose of the project, which is to heighten awareness and empathy.
