Short summary
During the night a storm wind from the East has blown a young Chinese boy on the string of his kite over Oma Tingeling's fence. 'Uncle' Humdrum comes over immediately with Bief de Bermpiraat hiding in his cart to get his hands on little Lolo, not to mention his golden necklace.
