Short summary
A corrupt businessman is exercising on the deck of a beachside home when a scuba diver pops up out of the water and shoots him. The team follow a blood trail and realize there was a witness shot who survived. They search for the witness and in the process realize the motive behind the killing is more complicated than they could imagine.
