Short summary
While attending a dinner party with his girlfriend Karen, Det. Barnes overhears the next door neighbour threatening her sons. Later events lead him to suspect that she may have harmed them. At the same time detectives are investigating the double murder of two Greek children at a migrant camp.
Adventure Island (1967) hostess Sue McIntosh plays Karen, Det. Barnes girlfriend. In an article published in Australian television magazine TV Times on 23rd September 1970, Sue said, "I play a nice girl, but it's still quite a change. Of course, as so many children who watch Adventure Island also watch Homicide (1964), I'm not allowed to accept any roles which might be detrimental to my image. Karen is just a nice girl!".
