A spoof of the early James Bond films and Ian Fleming universe from Australia. Bumbling overweight Aussie secret service agent Jim Bond alias Agent Minus 007 blunders his way against arch rival villains Ernest Stavro Blowfly and Dr. Yes down under in Sydney, Australia.

The screenplay was submitted to a Ubu Collective meeting at 67 Goodhope Street, Paddington, Sydney on 26 September 1965. This was actually the home of the writer-producer director Albie Thoms

The actor playing the parody of the James Bond character, called Jim Bond, was actually a lecturer in Psychology at the University of Sydney.

The film features one of artist Martin Sharp's original paintings. The painting was shown at his first ever one-man exhibition, "Art for Mart's Sake", at the Clune Galleries in December 1965.

The musical director Peter Butler was a schoolteacher from Waverly College.

Available as part of the 180 minutes videocassette compilation "Ubu films 1965-1970: (1997) from the National Library of Australia or National Film and Video Lending Service (of Australia) or individually from ScreenSound Australia.

Extras included Aboriginal printer Louis Davis; Mike Walsh show regular, social commentator and Editor of Oz magazine, Richard Neville and various students from the University of Sydney.

It was the first ever film created by Ubu Films, an Australian film collective dedicated to making underground and experimental films.

It was a made as a commercial enterprise so as to be able to fund other experimental films.

At its time, the film was an epicenter for independent film production in Sydney, Australia.

The premiere of the film also launched Sydney Film-maker's Co-operative.

This James Bond parody's title actually spoofs all first four James Bond movies in the one title: Daktaras Ne (1962) and Auksapirštis (1964) [Dr. Nofinger]; Kamuolinis žaibas (1965) [Blunderball] and Iš Rusijos su meile (1963) [From...With Hate].
