Short summary
After supporting his family for some time, Joey becomes frustrated with his mother when she begins to spend money frivolously but doesn't pay the bills. He seeks advice from "Dear Dora" and sends his mother a phony letter that says she will receive a monthly trust fund payment from a deceased relative so that she won't feel she is a burden to Joey but will learn to budget.
