Short summary

Following Jessica's conviction, the family shamblizes the Tate's drawing room and Benson announces he will not clean it up. Chester has seen too many Wile E. Coyote cartoons and has dull knives, but a heavy cast iron pot does fall on his head during his suicide attempt in the kitchen. Benson tosses Bob. Later, Burt and Danny drink beer and help Jodie and Carol move into their new apartment and Dennis Phillips brings a fern. Jessica tells Mary her plan to write a book on prison reform. Jessica is cheerful until she realizes there is no sex in prison. When Mallu appears with stars in his eyes, Mary tells Jessica to revise her beliefs on sex in prison. Benson visits the jail and is temporarily overcome with grief; Jessica asks him to be strong. Tim takes Corinne to meet his mother; she takes a "hands on" approach to welcoming her new daughter. At her sentencing hearing, Jessica appeals to the guilty person; in a surprise move, Chester confesses to the murder of Peter Campbell. Mallu is ...

While moving a couch into Jodie's new apartment, Burt and Danny get into an argument over left vs. right. After Jodie explains to both of them that Burt's right is Danny's left, Burt closes his instruction by saying, "To the right now - MY RIGHT", but holds up his left hand.

Although they are supposedly returning from court the same day, Danny, Corinne and Eunice all have different hairstyles than they did in court at the end of the previous season finale.
