On 15th August 2015, police are alerted to the body of 70-year-old Fernando Silva on a boat at Warwick Cove, Rhode Island. With the crime scene revealing little about what caused his death, police turn to surveillance footage for clues. Cameras along the cove help them to determine the boat's last movements and a time-line, ultimately leading them to the jetty where Fernando would dock his boat.
