Jones finds a stray dog and takes it home. His landlord is a grouch and objects to animals, and Jones has to leave his comfortable apartment and search for a new home where dogs are tolerated. He finds a new retreat and with it a good idea to make the dog-hater yell "stung." He gets a regular army of dogs and places collars round their necks bearing the address of his late landlord. Several gentlemen, in a need of a dollar, find the dogs and then there is trouble. Brown dogs, white dogs and even little "yaller" dogs all come marching home on the end of a piece of string. They say when a man is lonely God sends him a dog, but everybody knows now what to do if they want it to rain dogs.

Released in the US as a split reel along with the comedy Bill Has Kleptomania (1911).

Original French title is undetermined.
