It's 3 AM and Janice thinks she hears a burglar in the restaurant, but when Gareth goes to check it out, he finds Everton and Gustave cooking. To his astonishment Everton is working on his signature dish: a partridge terrine with a jelly of set wine gravy and a herby crust. Gareth has to admit it's absolutely sensational and, much to his dismay, is forced to put it on the menu. It doesn't end right there though. The terrine is very popular and Everton seems to become the center of the kitchen. Suddenly the press is getting very interested in him, while Gareth gets more angry at him by the minute.
