Short summary
Hobo helps an escaped convict expose the mobster who set him up for murder.
Seen in the opening shot of the episode, the Millbank Federal Prison (as convincing as it looks) is in reality a water treatment plant. Toronto's R.C. Harris water treatment facility is an architectural treasure, designed in the Art Deco style in the 1930's complete with marble entries and hallways. It still provides almost half of TO's drinking water, and was designated under the Ontario Heritage Act in 1998.
