A dedication card sequenced before the end credits reads, "In Loving Memory of Our Friend Mike Chavez". Mike Chavez, Directors Guild of America and ICG Local 600 member, passed away unexpectedly in early 2012. He was the "B" Camera Operator.

Eric Lynch (Eric the actor) a "wack packer" from the Howard Stern show appeared in this episode. The lead actress Mary McCormack played Howard Stern's wife in the movie Private Parts.

During the "Previously..." recap they showed the segment when the tattoo on "Christy Owens'" shoulder was revealed, but in the season 4 episode 13 that aired which is what that vignette was from, the tattoo on her shoulder was radically different from the one showed during the recap.
