Short summary
A dimwitted dictator takes over a small soviet state in the middle of the Black Sea and broadcasts a live show to present "transparency" to his citizens.
Made as a class project in the Fall Semester of DVC in 2016.
Brody Rogers (Mikial) and Writer Marcus Mero had previously worked together on American Vandalism (2017) which prompted Rogers' casting as Mikial.
Bryan Weber was originally in line to play Dimitri Rufus.
