This is an exceptionally good interview with screenwriter Randy Feldman who discusses the various stages of HELL NIGHT. If you're a screenwriter then you'll certainly want to check this featurette out even if you're not a fan of horror movies. What I thought was so great about this interview is that it took you through the various stages of screenwriter. From getting the job, to coming up with your idea, to putting it to paper and of course taking input from others. He goes through the various changes that happen and even talks about some scenes that weren't shot. In reality this interview really goes through the entire motion of writing a screenplay and then leaving it up to someone else to get everything on the screen. I really found this to be a fascinating featurette and one that's certainly worth watching.
