At the beginning of this episode, they were informed that whichever couple could collect the most roaches dump on them the night before and keep them alive until morning would win a prize. In the fifth stunt on the final of the series, both partners would be bound in straight jackets and have to work together to get free as fast as possible. But first, each person would be given the opportunity to eat two live Iraqi Camel Spiders, each worth 30 seconds off their time, giving each couple the chance to deduct up to two minutes off their time. The couple to take the longest escaping would be eliminated. In the last stunt, racing head-to-head, the women would be in an upstairs room of the Psycho House unscrewing caps from sticks of dynamite and tossing them out the window.
