    Vicky loves Meena. He cheats her and she commits suicide. Finally she comes back for avenge.

    The opening music of the song "Apne Liye Hi Jeena Kya" was used for the introduction title music for Orson Video. Orson Video were the world wide distributors for Indian movies on VHS in the early 1980's.

    Apne Liye Hi Jeena Kya Jeena was remixed internationally by Afrobot . It was titled Indian Reggae (Afrobotic Edit).

    The film was a box office disaster.

    Faraib Directed By Rajat Rakshit is A Romantic Comedy Drama. Script & Screenplay is Good. Direction is Fine. It Has Same College Stuff & Romantic Plot Like Any Other Movie.

    Vikas Alias Vicky(Mithun Chakraborty) Moves To Mumbai For Studies. He Meets Meena(Ranjeeta Kaur). They Fall In Love. Vicky Cheats Her. She Commits Suicide in His House. Vicky With Help Of Bansi(Shreeram Lagoo) Hideout The Corpse. Somehow Meena Comes Back.

    Mithun & Ranjeeta Kaur Both Did Their Part Wonderfully . Shreeram Lagoo, Jr. Mehmood, Jagdeep & Mukri Did Well In Comedy.

    Music By Bappi Lahiri is Average. Yeh Mausam Pyar Ka By Kishore Kumar & Asha Bhosle is Better Track Then Rest Of The Songs.
