Short summary

A man on the verge of bankruptcy receives a phone call from a radio contest show in the middle of his father-in-laws funeral.
"Don't Speak at Funerals" is the story of Marcel, an eccentric entrepreneur whose latest business venture has left him with several lawsuits and in substantial debt. On this specific day, Marcel gets an opportunity of a lifetime: he has been selected to be a guest on a radio show that offers cash prizes that could solve all his money problems. The only problem is that he gets this once-in-a-lifetime call during his father-in-law's funeral. As the ceremony is taking place, he is asked to perform certain tasks that disturb the relatives and the very conservative priest. The funeral is ruined due to Marcel's outrageous behavior. But he couldn't care less, HE JUST WON! But, will all his problems be solved?

Won "Best Dark Comedy" at the International Student Film Festival Hollywood in 2013.
