If this were a high school drama or media studies project, it would be poor. As it is by supposedly made by professionals, it is astonishingly bad. No redeeming features, at all. How on earth does it get such a high rating? Something dodgy here.

THE WALK is one of those terrible indie thrillers that models itself on TV crime shows made with proper budgets and talent. This one's a serial killer outing that takes place entirely via close up shots of actors sitting around in a living room and conversing. Occasionally, a scene of one of them wandering through the woods is interspersed amid the tedium. It's quite dreadful.

I lasted 5 minutes...I should perhaps have read the review on here. The lighting was non-existent and the sound was horrific - if this was a £500,000 budget I would love to know what they spent it on

I couldn't believe how bad this was ! I persevered for nearly and hour thinking I must be missing something because it is rated 6.4 here !

As I watched it I became more and more convinced it was an amateur film & the rating was a mistake. I then found it on IMDb & read another review reassuring me that it was as shite as I felt it was.

Don't waste your time on this. I think the rating must refer to a different film or is from hacking or something. I've seen better acting from 4 year old children!

Sound quality, shocking. Lighting, shocking. Acting of the female lead, shocking. Acting of male lead, patchy.

I appear to be the first person to leave a review of this film so I suspect some of us abandoned watching well before the end, which would not surprise me in the slightest.

This film scores as a 6.3 and I am at a total loss as to how it has scored that highly.
