Short summary

When Al and his friends gets fed up with the women taking over their Giggly Room and their bowling night, thanks to both Jerry Springer and Marcy D'Arcy. They form a secret organization called No MA'AM and hold him hostage in his own show in an audience filled with men donning the No MA'AM shirts. They intend to perform television's first sexorcism which includes them forcing him in watching hours of pro-wrestling. They'll also force him to wear a stinky, yellow undershirt and a pair of boxers with the words "It's All Me" until the women who took over their Giggly Room and their bowling night comply to their demands.

This is the first of 14 appearances of Al's "National Organization of Men Against Amazonian Masterhood" organization.

When Marcy is berating Al for his poor attitude towards women she says "Quiet Klingon". The Klingons have a great respect for their women, unlike Al.

While some have rightly pointed out the slight change of tone the show took on in its fifth season, when it became slightly darker, this episode marks the true departure of any halfway worthwhile ideas. The arrival of mediocrity is signaled by no more appropriate a harbinger than 1990s bottom-feeder Jerry Springer. As for the episode's content itself, this was the first of many an uninspired, insipid and, most criminally, utterly irrelevant series of subjects centered around the imaginary concept of "female freedom" (freedom from what, you ask? you may as well ask a five-year-old what he means when he demands independence; both are silly and self-defeating notions).

In plain words, the show pretty much degenerated into celluloid manure after this.
