The town of Jylland is plagued by MRSA infested meat. The outraged locals blame it all on the farmer Herman and a lynchmob arrives at his farm. Anchor Woman Lulu Hansen from the local radio station sees the opportunity to do some real journalism and she goes to the farm to report live from the "Breaking News" event. She is backed by her incompetent sister, Marianne who controls the broadcast back at the station. Meanwhile the local police officer, Flemming Betjent, does a slobby investigation in his usual way and accidentally stumbles on evidence leading to other suspects than Herman. Alongside all this the musician Freddy tries to please Anne "from the tavern" who is the love of his life. Inspectors from the national health inspection arrive to the town and will be staying at Annes Tavern. So Anne sends Freddy on a quest to his crazy cousin Ivan the hunter to retrieve some good meat.
