Trailers "Assassin's Creed: Изгой (2014)"

This game is the shortest Assassins Creed game with only 7 main memory sequences.

Some Templars and assassins from previous installments make an appearance; like: Haytham Kenway, William Johnson, Achillies Davenport and Adewale

While Assassin's Creed: Unity was developed specifically for the next generation consoles (Xbox One, PS4) Assassin's Creed: Rogue was made exclusively for the last generation consoles (Xbox 360, PS3) as compensation as well as to bridge Assassin's Creed III, IV, and Unity together.

This is the first game where the main protagonist is a Templar.

In the present-day setting, if you look on the desk of the player's Animus, you can see a magazine pile or two with the Farcry 3 cover on top of them. Farcry is another game series made by Ubisoft, who make Assassin's Creed.

This installment is the first Assassin's Creed game to break with the unofficial tradition of having a new protagonist while the title doesn't include a number. In the past, a chronological installment would introduce a new lead.

Despite most of the promotional material showing Shay wearing a hood with his Templar outfit, the hood is not present within the game. Once the character dons his Templar outfit, the hood is absent but can be customized into other costumes.

Assassin's Creed Rogue is the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 release for 2014, while Assassin's Creed Unity is for the Xbox one and Playstation 4.

When Shay visits New York, one of the street vendors can be heard proffering up a Ruby Rhod (Fifth Element) quote.

In Assassin's Creed III, Connor's mentor, Achilles, has a limp. We never find out why he has this limp. In this game, we discover that it is because Haytham Kenway, Connor's father, spared Achilles' life but shot him in the knee.

In the last mission of the game, Shay kills Victor Dorian at a party whilst he was searching for his son Arno. In the beginning of "Assassin's Creed:Unity", the player opens as a young Arno at this same party and he discovers that his father was killed.

Assassin's Creed Rogue surprised me. I'm a die hard AC fan, and I'm so happy to say this was an excellent game. Although it really doesn't succeed in bringing new and exciting features to the series, it succeeds in being fun and engaging. In terms of gameplay, its basically a copy and paste of Black Flag. But Black Flag rocked, so might as well not fix what's broken. The real draw here is the story. Rogue has one of the best lead characters the series has ever seen. Shay Patrick Cormac. He's charming and charismatic, yet very conflicted. In the early levels of the game you play as Shay the Assassin. His missions bring him face to face with many different Templar agents. And the more of them he kills the more he starts to second guess himself and his creed. I won't spoil anything or you, but soon enough e joins the templars. When I first heard that the game would be taking this route I was quite skeptical. But I'm happy to say it was done perfectly. This made for an amazing story experience, and is among the best stories in Assassin's Creed Games and Games themselves. It really does well at making you care about Shay and his companions.

The game is an absolute blast to play. The only real bad thing is that the game is quite short. Really short. But still the 6 to 8 hours of the campaign will be worth the time and effort. Is this the best AC game? Well no. But its among the best and is definitely worth checking out for long time fans
