After huge success of Angrej, Ammy Virk appears in a lead role in this movie and what a good choice he is for this role. This movie brings back the magic of Angrej which is about simple life of rural Punjab in not so advanced era. Story is simple yet profound in showing intricacies of relationships among in laws and other relatives.

Binnu Dhillon as usual is great in his role with his unique style of humor and performance. All other actors have done their part brilliantly.

Keep bringing such movies to advance Punjabi movie industry to new levels.

A movie with a relatively simple plot that is wonderfully executed! The cast, in particular Ammy Virk, Simi Chahal and Binnu Dhillon deliver strong, convincing performances.

Many of the viewers will probably be able to relate to the goings on between the families, i.e. sibling preference, favouritism etc, so this film delivers a realistic take on life through scenes that are both comedic, yet heart-rending.

To summarise, the movie is an enjoyable and memorable watch - press play!

It's always difficult to convert a small subject into a great movie. Bambukat is a real example of execution of this.

Very very nice simple and powerful execution of filmography. The story is based on a simple subject of domestic relations between families and their simple/yet intricate relationship. Pre-partition of Indo-Pak scene creates more reality and magnitude.

Traditional actors and actress gave yet another fantastic performance. I post this movie alongwith Angrej and Rab Da Radio, although this movie has less romantic filmatography.
