Short summary
Two neighbours show us how society live up north.
The character Patch Thatch played by Steve Call only came about because Steve had an eye operation 1 week before the shoot and could not show his left eye because it looked sore. Steve played the taxi driver as the original actor did not turn up for the role, so rather than lose a day's shoot the director Steve Call stepped in to fill the role.
Nominated for Best Returning Sitcom in 2017 at The British Comedy Guide Awards. The show received a good number of votes! Very respectable for a show on a local TV channel.
