The unsuccessful hunting party returns to the village, and being in need of meat the Indians descend upon the grazing herd and rustle off a bunch of cattle. They are seen by a cowboy and his sweetheart, and try to kill him so he will be unable to expose them. A thrilling fight takes place, the Indians being reinforced by the rest of the tribe, and the cowboys, hearing the shots, gallop madly to the rescue of their pal. The Indians are routed and the cowboy and his sweetheart saved from death.
